Femili PNG’s Case Work Manager Ms Evan Bieso will travel to Australia this October to speak at a number of events in South East Queensland.

We are thrilled that Evan has been invited to be the guest speaker at the Pacific Fashion Festival on 28 October 2017 in Brisbane – an event which aims to showcase and contribute to economic development of Pacific communities whilst also advocating against community, family and gender based violence.

Individuals and community groups in Ipswich and Kilcoy are also getting behind Evan’s visit, and will be hosting events to raise awareness and funds for Femili PNG’s work. If you’re in South East Queensland, come along to one of the below events to hear first hand about the critical work Femili PNG is doing to address family and sexual violence in Papua New Guinea.
